Poverty Point Marina is located 1/2 mile north of the house. Wild Country Safari is located just a few miles north of the house and is a fun experience to enjoy with your kids. We have two docks for fishing and swimming. Relax and enjoy the sun rises and sunsets on beautiful Poverty Point Reservoir.

Perfect for a large family or a couple of couples! King Bed, Queen Bed and Bunk Beds occupy the 3 bedrooms. Large dining room, access to washer and dryer, large fully stocked kitchen and spacious living room completes this cozy space.

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.
