Everything you need in this newly remodeled one bedroom/one bath home, located in the quiet downtown of Iona. It's a private oasis for both business & travel. Our home is across the street from the city park that features; a walking path, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts, & children's playground. Its 6 miles north-east of Idaho Falls, and close to Highways 20, 26 and I-15. This unique space features a self-check-in key pad, high speed internet and a fully stocked kitchen and laundry on site.

The Tiny Home

Located in Rexburg, Idaho’s only tiny home community, this 250sqft house has quick access to local favorites: Big Jud’s Burgers, The White Sparrow Country Store, Heise Hot Springs and Zip Lining, Kelly Canyon Ski Resort and Yellowstone Bear World. It is only 15 minutes from BYU Idaho and an hour and a half away from Yellowstone National Park. Included in your stay is a washer/dryer combo, a projector, Starlink WiFi and more. This tiny home may be small but will give you a memorable experience!

Welcome to your fabulous suite just steps from the Greenbelt Riverwalk! This place has it all including: A King memory foam bed, 12" Waterfall Shower, comfy futon, 55" Smart TV w/ Fiber internet, Washer & Dryer, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Dishwasher & Fireplace. Enjoy all downtown has to offer on foot just outside your door. The Temple is one block away and the Family Genealogy Center just across the street. Nestled in your own private forest, you are close to town and various attractions (easy access from hwy 20, right on Yellowstone Bear World Road). The outdoor space boasts a fire pit, wood benches, picnic area, gas grill, edison lights, and hot tub. Newly constructed modern lodge has soaring ceilings with 2 bedrooms, stone fireplace, walk-in shower, and stocked kitchen.

Queen bed, and two rollway’s to sleep total of 4. This unit does not have a sofa bed like the other apartments.

The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a fold out queen. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio & fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We allow 1 dog but … see below.

Enjoy the quaint, quiet and walkable neighborhood of the numbered streets of Idaho Falls while staying at our well appointed loft. The main tudor cottage style home was built in 1925 on a large corner lot and the property features mature, established gardens. While many guests come to us by-way of a jumping off point to places like nearby Yellowstone and Teton National Park, we want your stay with us to feel like a destination unto itself!

Enjoy the peace of country farmland in this cozy 1-bedroom cottage, with downtown Idaho Falls just ten minutes away. Cook up a few fresh eggs in the kitchen, and you might notice our hens wandering through the backyard flower garden. You can enjoy skiing, hiking and other outdoor fun in the nearby area. Originally a milking shed, the Cottage is full of character! It's best used by two people, but four could fit in with the sofa bed.
