All I want for my vacation is a spacious and clean place, with a terrace, new furniture, good beds, cosy bedding and comfortable mattresses, super equipped kitchen, loads of sunlight and absolutely amazing views of the bay and the sea. I want a quiet and peaceful area to unwind, relax and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of my day. A garage, fireplace, floor heating, air conditioning - why not? I want the sea at walking distance and a forest nearby to cool down. 5* accommodation sounds good?

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Izuzetan stan, 110 m2 s veličanstvenim pogledom, u kući na samom moru. U uređenju stana zahvaljujući profinjenom ukusu i kvalitetnim materijalima očuvane su vrijednosti kuće čija gradnja datira 1928.g. Uz stan, gostima je na raspolaganju dodatni prostor na otvorenom uz more, te privatni pristup moru. Stan je zamišljen za 3 osobe ( uz posebne uvjete može ugostiti 4 osobe). U istoj kući iznajmljuje se i mali studio apartman za 2 osobe, koji je moguće iznajmiti istovremeno kad je slobodan.

Luxurious five star, two storey apartment approximately 70m2 situated in a traditional old Mediterranean style house which is located in a small marina. Fully renovated in 2016, located on the 2nd floor with a separate enterance. Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with hot tub in the loggia. Both floors have toilets/bathrooms. We at Vala aparments offer discretion but are always at your disposal if a need arises. Free parking space.

Spacious & historic apartment near the city centre

Charming old building from 1896 located near the city center and the port. The light filled apartment has 100 square meters. There are two big bedrooms with ACs. One bedroom has a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, e.g. washing machine and dish washer. Moreover you can drink your morning coffee on my balcony and enjoy the sea view. I am subletting my private apartment when I am not in Rijeka. Therefore I ask you to leave the apartment as you found it.

Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.

This is old stone House is located in a quiet and natural environment. The environment is perfect for walking, hiking , biking and windsurfing .Suitable for children because there is no traffic. Beach is 500 m from the property
