My place has been newly renovated with a nice kitchen and natural exposed brick, which gives you the Old Tbilisi feel you want. I'm less than a minute walk to the main central tourist points, such as Shardeni Street, The Narikala Fortress, the Leselidze street, Beautiful Botanic Garden, The Metekhi Church, the Rustaveli Avenue, freedom square and also very close to all the restaurants and luxuries the City has to offer.

My place is located just underneath Narikala Fortress and has a stunning view over Tbilisi’s lively historic center (after climbing some stairs!😉). Within minutes you reach some of the city’s greatest attractions, like the famous sulphur baths, Shardeni street with nice restaurants and bars, and the Botanical Garden

It is perfectly located for starting a walking journey in Old town, at the same time it is well connected to public transports - Metro Station Avlabari is 1 minute walk. The apartment has one of the best views of the city, overlooking whole old town. You can enjoy drinking wine in the evening on the balcony and watching sunset over Mtatsminda mountain.
