Rose Cottage is a timber-framed building with a lovely, high ceiling living/dining area and a wood burner. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher. Downstairs: 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, one small room with a bunk bed. Upstairs: A step ladder leads up to the attic room with one double and two single beds. Downstairs are 2 bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, sink. No Wifi. Garden fully fenced in! / check height if jumpy dogs Direct access to Ringwood Forest.

Red Oak Barn within the New Forest National Park

Our barn is unique, rustic and quirky, being made from recycled materials, resulting in a homely atmosphere. We’re at the western side of the National Park. Access to/from London is very good. Our market town (Ringwood) is nearby, as are beaches, the Purbecks, the Jurassic Coast, and local tourist attractions. The barn is secluded and suitable for couples, families, older folk and business people. We also accept dogs, provided owners accept and adhere to our pet rules.

On the edge of the New Forest, set along the Avon Valley Footpath and across the road from the Avon River, we are ideally located for walking, cycling or bird watching in the beautiful Blashford Lakes. A cosy, self contained (detached) annex, with a separate bedroom and living area. Just a short 5 minute walk to the local pub (The Old Beams) or a slightly longer walk (during the day as no street lighting) around the lakes to our local farm shop and cafe (Hockeys Farm).
