The property is owned by the Wester's and has been in their family for almost a hundred years. This area is also home to migratory birds like the Sandhill Cranes who can be seen and heard flying in formation at dawn and dusk from Nov to March.

Relax, unwind, and unplug with a beautiful view of the Manzano Mountains in our cozy cabin. Mountainair was known as the “Pinto Bean Capital of the World” in its heyday and our land was used for dry-land bean farming. Remnants of homesteaders can still be found on the property. We now enjoy this beautiful location to raise Scottish Highland Cattle and can’t wait to share it with you! Our cabin will fit 2 adults plus a child comfortably with a queen bed and twin sofa bed.
