Our Glamper is a simple place to camp for a couples get-away, small family get-away, or the weekend hunting trip....a place to enjoy Hill country sunsets , gaze at the wide open starry skies, and breathe in good ole’ country air. We are located in Rio Frio, TX just up the road from the beautiful Frio River. Garner state park is only a few miles down the road. ***Property is not located on the river*** Wi-Fi is not reliable Sorry but No pets

And the sunsets are magnificent over the 180 degree panoramic view of the Frio Canyon offered from this hillside home we call Riverlynn. This barndo style home is on ~10 acres of stereotypical hill country land just 1.2 miles from Garner State Park. It offers a swimming pool, wildlife viewing area, an incredible outdoor covered space, perfectly placed fire pit, and a peaceful and private retreat space for friends & family.

Get back to the basics in a peaceful cozy cabin at FoxFire in Vanderpool. Enjoy reconnecting with nature with a walk or swim in the Sabinal River, hike at Lost Maples Park, birdwatching, or enjoying the stars and a campfire at night! 2 Bedroom 1 bath fully furnished comfy cabins. No Tvs or Microwave but WiFi, campfire ring, BBQ grill full kitchen/bath with outdoor picnic area. The grounds also have a playground, basketball goal, volleyball net, and river access. Family and pet friendly!

Amadeo at the Frio Private getaway with pool & spa

"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

Located on the Frio River, near Leakey. 2+ acres of private access river frontage (most shallow water- great for wading). Less than 1 mile from the shops and restaurants in downtown Leakey. Fully equipped kitchen, sheets, and towels. Enjoy the back porch or soak up the sun on the banks of the Frio. Located on HWY 337 across from The Pecan Farm & Brewery! Extra people,Check out sister property next door Rio Vado! ** ask about drought conditions, our river is struggling. We need rain!

Enjoy the jaw-dropping wonder of the Hill Country at Owl Hollow, our 260-acre ranch near Leakey, TX. Affectionately named after a Texas owl, “Barn” is adoringly appointed with modern comforts, granting gracious views of hills and valleys. The exterior is a nod to a traditional barn while the interior features the soft, warm colors. Enjoy soft creature comforts in a rugged expanse. Staying at Barn is truly a unique experience that offers everything needed to rest, relax and renew.

The Cozy Cabin @ Whiskey Mountain Great Location!

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.

Rio Frio Ranch

Enjoy amazing views overlooking Garner State Park in a cozy cabin nestled atop a hill on 44 acres of private fenced land. This cabin has a 360 degree porch to enjoy the breeze and afternoon shade. Relax in the cabin with a fully-stocked kitchen or cool off in the Frio River with a 3-minute drive to the Garner main entrance. Leakey, Concan, and Frio River swimming holes are all within 10 minutes. In the evening, roast marshmallows in the fire pit and marvel at the starlit sky.
