Welcome to our Little Brick House! Built in 1947, this home has a lot of the same charm and characteristics that you would see in a classic Farmhouse. We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. This house is rented under McAllister Properties LLC.

Very good home feeling. 936 Sq feet of living space. Keypad for entry 24 hours. Full kitchen, laundry room, very quiet place. Everything you need. You don't have to pack anything iron provided, shampoo soap hair dryer etc. Security cameras on site. Near Merry Family Winery, Bob Evans Farm, Hardee's Love truck stop, Rio Grande college. Holzer Hospital. We have several other restaurants non chain, museums in our area. A list of things to do will be in the cottage or feel free to ask Tim or Bev.

Our Deeradise includes 60 acres of private hunting ground. Our 60 acres (private hunting) also borders a 30 acre tract of public hunting ground. Also there are 11,000 acres of state owned public hunting ground within 5 miles. Perfect for hunters. Twisted Vine Winery within 5 miles. We have a convenient store a few minutes away together with a dine in restaurant within five miles. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a couple's getaway. Located in the historical district of Main Street; this property is within 2 blocks of the world’s only Mothman Museum. Shops,restaurants, River Museum,flood wall murals showing the history of Point Pleasant and the river front and Tu-Endie-Wei parks are also some of the attractions within walking distance of the property.

This was a hand built log homestead that we have taken and modernized. This cabin sets less than 1 mile from Lake Jackson State Park. Quiet setting on over 2 acres with lots of trees and truly set up for entertaining. We are an easy drive to many attractions such as Hocking Hills, Cooper Hollow, Wayne National and many more. If your are not awed by this place then something is wrong. Totally farmhouse style inside with all the modern creature comforts. Bring your entire family!!

Peaceful & beautiful views. Less than 2 miles from downtown. Your own private walking path. Escape from stress to this cozy cabin on 3.1 acres. A country setting with fruit trees and wild berries. Wake up to deer just outside your door. Visit downtown Pt. Pleasant where you’ll find multiple shops, restaurants and the Mothman Statue. There’s also Tu Endie Wei State Park and a river walk with hand painted murals along the flood wall. A PERFECT place for a Mothman enthusiast!!

Downstairs in the basement you will find another living room, master bedroom with en suite bath, and gym. It can be the perfect space for families, friends groups, hunters and more!

The 12x40ft space has a queen, 2 twins, another bed in the loft, and a couch, and would be great for families, hunters, or couples. Local coffee provided. Owners live onsite should any issues arise. This charming 4 bedroom home is conveniently located, a mere 100 yards, from the University of Rio Grande campus. It is walking distance to plays, sporting events and graduation. This is also a wonderful, centrally located, home base for motorcyclists touring the area.
