Enjoy tubing and skiing at Seven Oaks, Boone. Take in events at Iowa State University or Des Moines Civic Center just 30 minutes away.

This 3 bed room home has the original hardwood floors. The decor is farmhouse and English Cottage Style. Relax as a couple or with the whole family at this peaceful abode located only 2 blocks from the east edge of town and also the River Raccon Trail, which bikers and walkers often enjoy! And oh, by the way, it leads all the way to Des Moines!

Just a few minutes from downtown Boone and the Boone Speedway, a short 17 miles to Jack Trice Stadium/Hilton Coliseum in Ames, and less than an hour to the Des Moines International Airport.

Fully equipped kitchen. 2 acres of open space for the kids, including a small basketball court to play on. We have made it our mission to make sure our guests stay in a healthy environment. The interior of the house is cleaned and disinfected on each Monday or after our guests leave.
