Sve prostorije su klimatizovane ,korišćenje wi -fi mreže neograničeno,besplatan parking u sklopu smeštaja.

Mareta loft is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, air conditioner , full equipment kitchen, coffee machine microwave and fridge.

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Uzivajte u prelijepom pogledu na bokokotorski zaliv u starome Risnu koji se nalazi na idealnoj lokaciji u zalivu, sve znamenitosti zaliva su jako blizu a opet dovoljno daleko da isporbate sve skrivene plaze, koje su o ovom djelu zaliva definitivno najljepse. Kuca ima svoju bastu gdje mozete odmarati ili organizovati rucak pod maslinama. Takodje mozemo dodati da je parking mjesto obezbjedjeno u sklopu smjestaja.

Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. My place is located in Risan just 10 minutes away ( foot) from city center. Apartment is situated on the first floor of family house, suraround by Mediterans greenery. My family is living on the ground floor of house. Apartment contains 78 square m and it is comfortable even for two families. It has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with all equipment, table, tv, 3 air conditions and terrace. Wi fi is free and parking place of course.
