Set in the heart of the beautiful Shropshire countryside, the annexe at Tower Hill Barn Selattyn, provides an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Just 3 miles from the border town of Oswestry it provides an ideal base for walkers, with an abundance of local footpaths - Offa's Dyke is close by. The village of Selattyn is home to The Docks pub which serves excellent food and local beers. The property is not really suitable for children and regrettably we do not accept pets.

The cottage is ideally placed for walking holidays. It benefits from a secluded patio and garden with unrivalled views across the Clwydian Valley. It has been recently renovated and sleeps two people in one open plan space so, is ideal for couples or friends alike. It has a modern kitchen and en suite shower room. There is facility to store and dry wet gear. A short walk to the Dinorben Arms. Close to the Offa’s Dyke trail. Airbnb have changed how they collect fees. Prices haven’t gone up.

An excellent pub/restaurant, The Dinorben Arms, offers real ales and great food, just a 15 minute walk away. Convenient location for local walks on the hills, along the river or Offas Dyke path. Outdoor pursuits and many other activities are available in the Snowdonia National Park and along the beautiful North Wales Coast.

There is a parking space for one car. This is a perfect couples retreat. We are situated 2 miles from the delightful, medieval market town of Ruthin with it's historic buildings and castle, on a quiet country lane. There is a wealth of cycle routes and walking paths locally.

We usually have chickens and there are often lambs in our small fields.
