Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

Situated on a farm between the picturesque villages of Broadway and Winchcombe this private annex is the ideal getaway or escape for visiting the Cotswolds. Spread over two floors the open ground floor contains a small fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area with large wood burner. There is a private outdoor area for your enjoyment. Upstairs has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedlinen is 100% cotton with down duvet, pillows soft towels and lots of wardrobe space.

Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - just waiting to be walked or cycled. It comfortably sleeps two (but has a travel cot for little ones) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

Cedar Cottage is a recently renovated self contained cottage adjacent to our home with its own entrance and secure parking on site. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable with high quality stylish furnishings including a king sized bed with Emma mattress. The village has 2 pubs and a village shop and is perfectly situated for easy access to Cheltenham Festivals, Upton-upon-Severn and the Cotswolds. Wonderful walks directly from the cottage. The Dovecote opposite the Castle

Charming Grade 2 listed Dovecote opposite Ludlow Castle. Light, bright, and modern. We are next to the castle in the centre of town close to everything Ludlow offers, the market, great pubs, restaurants and takeaways. Wonderful walks by the river and in famous Mortimer’s forest. Although central, it is quiet and peaceful; once you've closed the gates it is completely private. The Dovecote is situated in our garden so we are close if you need anything. We have off street secure parking.

The Nest is a self contained detached annexe set in the peaceful Gloucestershire village of The Leigh. The property has been newly refurbished and is available for up to 2 people with access to a secluded garden space within our lovely orchard surroundings. The property has easy access and ample parking. Located within easy reach of Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Gloucester, The Malverns, Cotswolds and M5, the accommodation is in a perfect position for exploring all that the area has to offer.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. For keen walkers the famous Offa's Dyke is less than 7 miles away.

Our stylish & cosy hideaway is the ultimate escape where you can re-wild yourself in acres of tranquility. Wander straight out the door onto the mountains taking in some breathtaking views. Return home to the sauna, soothe tired limbs & then relax by spinning some vinyl from the record collection, whilst the log burner crackles & the owls enthusiastically serenade as dusk sets in! (plus we now have an indoor padel ball court for you to exercise your inner Federer!!)

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed, and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.
