There are two pubs serving food daily and the Marina Bar with its excellent cuisine. A perfect base to explore the salt marsh coast with its extensive walks Maldon is only a short drive away which is a buzzing coastal town

Our Hideaway is a secure retreat for couples of all ages. It's situated inside our large private gated garden(no steps) Guests can relax with a drink on the patio whilst taking in the amazing garden and spectacular woodland setting. Lovely country walks. ‘The Den’…a rural haven in Suffolk

The Den is a charming and welcoming detached annex. Set in an idyllically peaceful and picturesque location with open-plan living and bifold panoramic windows that open directly on to a loggia with Log Burner. There are further outdoor seating areas in the Herb Garden and Hedge Box, where you can take in the expansive skies, Suffolk is renowned for. We are only a 30 min drive from the glorious Suffolk Coast where we have a traditional Beach Hut that is available for hire in Old Felixstowe.

Lake view lodges Long Melford (Melford)

Our lodges are fully insulated. Have double glazing. Central heating. Perfect for all year round. Both lodges sleep upto 6 guests. They are well equipped with en-suite. television. Sofa and full kitchen inside. We are surrounded by lovely countryside. But also only a 10 minute walk into Long Melford. Which has lots of pubs and restaurants. The lodges are our own design. You will not find anything like them in the country. Totally unique. You can fish the lake. 2 wells behaved dogs max.

The Pickers' Lodge

Based on the outskirts of Chelmsford this unique cabin sits on a working fruit farm. It offers a peaceful setting to work from or relax in which overlooks a small plum orchard. Just a short walk away you can pick up supplies from Lathcoats Farm Shop or use The Bee Shed Coffee House for breakfast or lunch. The Picker's Lodge offers a kettle, toaster, microwave and everything you need for something quick and easy in the evening or visit a local pub or restaurant, plenty to choose from!

Perfect location for countryside walks, but also close enough to walk into the local town. The Cabin Millers Meadow

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Set in 4.5 Acres of Pakenham wildflower Meadow owned by Artists Steve and Jackie Manning. The Cabin Boasts extensive views of not only many Topiaries and sculptures but it also over looks Mickle Mere Nature Reserve and Pakenham Watermill. It is very secluded and is a solitary Cabin on the wildflower meadow. With access to the stream. Barbeque for outside evenings under the stars. We also have several roaming Goats and Chickens etc.

Situated a few miles outside of the town of Ipswich in the rural village of Coddenham it's the ideal venue for a well earned holiday/break.

The Cart Lodge

This rustic self contained apartment situated above a Cart Lodge. Accessed by steps (they are quite steep so probably not suitable for someone infirm), it is one large room with a king size bed, a lovely wood burning stove (wood provided), a well equipped kitchen area with dining table and chairs, a sofa and large TV/dvd/radio/cd. There is a small shower room at the end. There are a selection of DVDs and magazines for your use. There is no WiFi.

Owl - 1 bedroom cabin

Owl cabin is a luxury glamping 1 double bedroom cabin. Owl cabin can comfortably sleep 2 people but also has the capacity to sleep up to 4 upon request. The cabin contains a lounge and dining area, a kitchen area, a shower room and a W.C. The cabin is situated in the heart of Essex countryside next to a peaceful lake.
