This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Bijou cabin next to the sea

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.

The Hideaway, Lark Cottage

The Hideaway is the perfect retreat from which to explore historic Pin Mill and the Shotley Peninsula, unwind with beautiful walks, bird watching and good food at the local pub or find a quiet workspace within a private garden surrounded by wildlife. The Hideaway is set across a private road from the main house and is 150m from the River Orwell. Walks in the AONB and National Trust-owned woods and heathland are on your doorstep. The Butt & Oyster pub is a few minutes walk away.

Stour Valley self-contained annexe set in 9 acres

The annexe is an open plan, 1st floor, ‘loft’ space, separate to the main house and set in 9 acres of meadows. A quiet place to relax and use as a base to explore East Anglia. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, you can walk the Stour Valley Path, cycle to nearby villages like Lavenham or Long Melford, or paddle board along the Stour River opposite. Welcome to my cabin, set in the garden. Access to the cabin is through the side gate into the garden. Sleeps 2 on a double bed. Attached to my house, separate from the cabin, is the convenient use of your own downstairs shower room/toilet & kitchen area. Cabin is also a games room so guests have use of table tennis, football table, dart board and games. Parking is in the road just outside the house.
