The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Lovely 3 Bedroom static caravan with two bathrooms situated on the popular Bude Holiday Resort with a private costal path with direct access to the beautiful beaches in Bude, on-site heated pool, lovely refurbished costal bar with amusement arcade. Only 15 minutes walk into the seaside town of Bude with its array of shops, restaurants and cafes. Local supermarket also is walking distance from the site.
