Great little place just for a couple

It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall living shrubs, flowers, and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to dine under an umbrella in the garden. I rent out a separate half of the house to guests: one bedroom, a small kitchen combined with a hallway. Peace and quiet reign here. You won't be disturbed. Sometimes I go into my half of the house, but very rarely. There are no other guests on the property, just you. I don't charge extra for pets. Parking free.

The place is cozy and comfortable with high ceiling and dark laminate wood floor including full bath with a tub and fully equipped kitchenette. A quiet and private suite with private entrance. Charcoal BBQ-grille, outdoor swing, lots of trees and grass Near beach, Wildlife refuge and hiking paths. A 5-minute drive to a Chinese restaurant and a sushi place, Chipotle, an excellent Chicken hotspot and food markets.

A well equipped cozy studio only 20 minutes from the Hamptons and 10 minutes away from LIRR train station to go into NYC (free parking at the train station!) This studio has a small kitchenette to warm up meals, a full size fridge, we include some snacks for those late night cravings. A queen size bed, a separate desk and chair to study or work, a couch, smart TV, and a peaceful environment to relax and unwind.

We are 10 minutes away to MacArthur Airport in Islip, 5 minutes to shopping center where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, and stores. We are 10 minutes away from LIRR train station where you can get a ride to Manhattan. Although the studio is centrally located a car or Uber is recommended,. You'll have your own bathroom, kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, air conditioner, tv with cable and internet. Our study is a FREE SMOKING PLACE! Not smoking or vaping!

Feel free to roam the rest of the 1/3 acre property of rolling hills, old growth trees, a hammock house, tree swings on the hill, and water views from the driveway.
