Drive past the host's house a bit down a maintained gravel road and you're there! Around the pond you'll find a peaceful sitting area under our pergola, a covered pier with a fan to keep it breezy, and a fishing pier to enjoy some catch and release fishing! Plus you'll have your own campfire sites complete with firewood!

Fully furnished with modern amenities as full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, kitchenette, table for 2, queen bed, add full mattress available for 2 additional guest, mini split, outdoor seating, campfire, trails, lake, fishing, lake beach and farm animals. 1883 is great to relax, enjoy the animals, fish, paddle board, bike ride, fire pit night and even cook a nice steak! Come enjoy a stay in our beautiful modern camper located in the quaint country. With this property located in the country you get to enjoy the beautiful calmness of nature while still very close to Bryan/College Station(45 minutes) as well as Franklin (20 minutes). Savor your morning coffee on the porch or unwind with a beverage by the evening campfire (burn ban pending). Whichever you choose, the stress of the day’s worries will surely fade away! Pets are welcome with pre-approval only and a $150 cleaning fee.

Relax with the whole family in this clean, fully renovated home in the heart of Hearne. Just 15 min to Bryan, 20 min to College Station, and 40 min to Waco. We’re also a short drive from the Franklin fields. Enjoy a peaceful, private setting with no immediate neighbors and no noise restrictions. Fenced in parking if desired, plus plenty of street parking right out front.

Conveniently located in downtown Franklin, with a coffee shop and donut shop both next door. Close proximity to the Franklin Ranch Park and the Franklin Drive Through Safari and walking distance to everything throughout downtown Franklin.
