The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Little Thrift is a superb property located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Rock with a large enclosed garden suitable for children and dogs. All the shops are just a few yards away including a general store, coffee shop, bakery, butchers, fishmonger, delicatessen, and newsagent. The property is all on one level and consists of three bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms and a family bathroom. The large open plan lounge. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area seating 6 people.

Relax and unwind and take a short stroll to Porthilly beach. As soon as I drive into the caravan site I feel instantly relaxed and happy. This family run site, with mostly privately owned caravans, has a homely welcoming feel. Children can roam freely, making lifelong friends and adults can enjoy the peace and quiet. This site is truly a special place. The caravan site does have WIFI each van has its own password which you will find in the welcome folder.
