You'll love this unique and romantic secluded location, with its own private driveway, covered parking and Woodfired hot tub, amidst a blossoming orchard surrounded by stunning wildlife. Situated just off the A30 and 10 minutes from Exeter Airport. If you would like to travel to our local historic city of Exeter, There are train stations in our local villages of Whimple & Feniton both of which have parking. Approximately 20 minute drive from the picturesque beaches along the Jurassic coast.

The Linhay

Relax in a rural setting only minutes away from M5 main road access, Exeter airport, Rockbeare Manor, Westpoint arena and the beautiful city of Exeter is only 10 minutes by train from Whimple or Cranbrook railway stations. A quiet secluded self contained annexe half a mile from the local village of Rockbeare with woodland walks where you can look out for the local wildlife and in the evenings enjoy a sundowner watching the bats and owls. Easy drive to beaches at Exmouth, Budleigh and Sidmouth.

The Stables

Nestled away in Broadclyst, is our recently converted Stables. Just a 15-minute drive from Exeter City Centre and Supermarkets situated in a neighbouring village. The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The cottage is an excellent base for a countryside and coastal getaway in Devon. The fully self-contained one bed cottage sits in private grounds with parking and great access to transport links. Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

Lake Lodge with hot tub at Farthings Farm

We loved living in Lake Lodge whilst we renovated our farmhouse. Waking up each morning to such beautiful views of the pond is a wonderful experience and a great start to a day. The peaceful surroundings, the sounds of birds, wonderful wildlife and beautiful views will recharge your batteries! We currently keep our horses, chickens, ducks,goats, cats and dogs on the farm and will soon be adding some pigs and sheep. For 2026 we have now added a hot tub on the decking with wonderful views.

It looks out over farmland and has its own secluded and secure garden with direct access to a bridle path leading to the local facilities in Broadclyst. It sits on a quiet, tree lined,unsurfaced lane with little vehicle traffic but despite this is only 10 mins from both J29 of the M5 and the A30

Stylish Guest House in East Devon

Enjoy the Devonshire countryside from our family home! Higher Allercombe Guest House is an extension of our house, meaning we live under the same roof, but you have sole occupancy of the guest house, separated by a locked internal door, separate private entrance and outdoor eating area. It has king size and double ensuite bedrooms and a superking or twin ensuite room. There are internet TVs in each bedroom and the lounge with Amazon Prime, Disney + and good Wifi.

Kindly note this is a NO SMOKING property (including conservatory). Relax with the family at this home in the heart of a beautiful woodland village West Hill near Ottery St Mary. Peaceful relaxation in a cosy stylish clean modern cottage. Parking is in the front and on the road just around the corner of the cottage. Pls note no smoking in the property, if guests smoke inside the house or conservatory there will be a charge of £200. Ty! Tea, coffee, provided.
