Only 5 minutes walk to the stunning lake and huge playground. Featuring 3 bedrooms including a king, queen and a bunk room, incorporating boho style, beach decor with area rugs, throw blankets, and soft pillows. The sofa in the lounge also pulls out into a comfortable queen. The house is fully Air Conditioned, with a games room.

Only a short one-minute walk to Lakeshore Drive and the beach, this cozy home is great for family and friends.
