Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The cabin is the converted pickers quarters when the property was a stone fruit orchard in the past. Have recently planted feijoa orchard. A small and cozy space with spacious verandahs to the north and west. Situated on a quiet and private 100 acres. Abundant bird and wildlife. The cabin is self-catering. Breakfast is not provided altho’ tea and coffee making facilities and basic condiments are provided. The cabin is not suitable for children.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Highland Croft Cottage accommodation

The cottage offers you a fully serviced home away from home. The lounge boasts a wood heater with television and dvd player. There is also a BBQ outside with a basket breakfast included in the tariff, plus tea, coffee, milk and sugar. The master bedroom has french doors opening onto the verandah. Both rooms have cosy blankets, doonas and electric blankets. Highchair and cot available on request.

With an indoor wood heater, private outdoor spa, kitchen and access to farm walks, it is your perfect base for exploring the Granite Belt. Your furry companions are also welcome.

Bald Rock Station is approximately 10 minutes drive from the historic town of Tenterfield. We are nestled nearby Boonoo Boonoo & Bald Rock national parks & a short drive to Giraween. There are a plethora of bushwalks & waterfalls to discover or just sit back & be entertained by the wildlife on our property.
