Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

"Apartment EVA ROGOTIN" has 90 m2, large free covered parking with security camera, garage for motorcyclists and cyclists, air conditioning, TV 109 cm with wi-fi, washing machine and dishwasher...etc. The apartment is located in a quiet environment, has a kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. A fully equipped boat for 6 people and bicycle rental are available to the guests of the facility for an additional charge. To use the vessel, a management license and prior notice are required.

Moderno obnovljena stara kuca od kamena, u ruralnom dijelu, okruzena velikim plantaza etericnog bilja. Prostrana terasa i lijepo uredjena okucnica, idealna su za odmor. Kuca ima veliki dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, kupaonicu i spavacu sobu. U spavacaj sobi se nalaze dva krevata (180x200 i 160x200) i dva pomocna kreveta na rasklapanje (90x190).

It has a great view, you’ll love it because of the mediterranean ambiance which is full of life. Studio apartment has 25 m2 with a terrace of 12 m2, it is great for couples and solo adventurers.
