A spacious one bedroom apartment set in a quiet neighborhood! Guests enjoy a private entrance and free off-street parking. An easy drive to UNH (10 minutes), Portsmouth (15 minutes), the beach (25 minutes) and the mountains (45-60 minutes). The bedroom is fully renovated and has been soundproofed while the living room has not. Ceilings are 6'8" high. We live upstairs and have a boy (8) and a girl (2). Our home was built as a warehouse 100 years ago and was converted to a residence in 2009. The apartment has a separate entrance from the rest of the house and has a private deck. The space is light and airy, both rustic and contemporary, with old floors and exposed rafters. We are a short walk to restaurants and bars, and the train to Boston or Portland, Maine.
