We have no electricity but but we have a solar photovoltaic system. We have no running water, no bathroom, but we have a composting toilet and a shared shower so you can feel closer to nature. The subway is near the building, and the Old Town is within 3 minutes walking distance. Our apartment is often booked by photographers for their photo sessions. Stunning House on the Hill Beautiful traditional Transylvanian wood house completely renovated with modern details! Situated on the hill, 300m off the E60 highway, this wood house from 1810s was fully renovated in 2016 by us. We included all modern conforts: floor heating, air conditioning, high end bathroom and beds. The kitchen is equipped at the minimum level with a sink, a small refrigerator and a coffee machine.
