No expense was spared when designing the beautiful Crane Shores home situated on a quiet cul de sac with privacy in mind. The forested property neighbors BLM land with access to a seasonal creek with filtered views of and trail access to Lake Cascade. Native shrubs and trees with an established lawn and raised deck for bird and wildlife watching will delight kids and adults alike. Walking paths and a private park with covered picnic area are a short walk away.

This stunning, two level home comfortably accommodates up to 12 people in 5 bedrooms and 3 full-sized baths. Casually elegant furnishings and appointments throughout this home include an enviable Chef's kitchen with state-of-the-art stainless appliances and freeform granite countertops for creative meal prep or just “belly to the bar” conversations with the cook.

Open living space with stone hearth and gas fireplace, warm alder wood cabinets, hardwood flooring, custom cut tile, slate and travertine stone allow everyone to gather and share the experience of Crane Shores in quiet relaxation. There is dining and living room access to the west-facing deck with gas grill and outdoor dining area where guests can enjoy a meal accompanied by bird song.

Host your own games tournament with downstairs foosball and upstairs Wii system and sports lounge. Big screen satellite TVs, DVD players, VHR, movies, iPod doc and player, books, and board games will keep you and your guests occupied during the evening or on a snowy day.

Be sure to bring your gear and your toys! Guests of Crane Shores are within fifteen minutes of great Idaho powder skiing at Tamarack Resort and are within ten minutes in either direction to back country access. Lake Cascade and its public boat launch are just a few minutes away.

Room Configurations:

Main Level -
Master Suite with king bed and attached, full-size bath with large soaking tub and his/her sinks. Two full size roll-away beds can be found in the Master closet.
Guest Room #1 with queen bed and in-room propane fireplace.
Guest Rooms #2 and #3 each have a queen bed.
Hall access, full size guest bath with his/her sinks.

Upper Level -
Bunk room has a queen bed and two full over full bunk beds - each with an adult twin trundle underneath. There is also a full size roll-away bed kept in the closet of the bunk room. Room has a full size guest bathroom with his/her sinks.

There is NO street parking - please make sure all guest vehicles and trailers are parked in the driveway, NOT in the cul de sac.

This property is subject to all Crane Shores POA or City of Donnelly ordinances including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

Trail access to lake behind home is through heavily wooded area and may not be best for full day use activities – our recommendation is to utilize the launch and picnic area just down the road for beach and lake day use.

This is a no-pet property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options.

This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

NO parties are allowed at this property.

Check in is anytime after 4PM. Check out is at 11AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of Donnelly ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

HOA Rules:

1. Speed limit for Crane Shores Drive is 25 MPH. Many residents enjoy daily walks, and we ask that all vehicles be courteous to pedestrians.

2. Parking is allowed in resident's garage and driveway only. No parking is permitted on road or alongside property, especially during the winter months. The county and snow removal company will not remove snow if blocked by parked trailers and/or overflow cars but the contracted company will still charge for their service and will not be responsible for vehicle damage.

3. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Noise travels in our woodland retreat, be mindful of large gatherings in the evening.

4. If an outside fire pit is included in the rental, fires are required to attended and only during times of approved burning. Please do not burn garbage. Make sure all fires are put out completely. Take a little extra time to make sure all fires are extinguished.

5. Playground and common area are for the enjoyment of all residents. The playground equipment is for ages preschool to 12 years old. All users be kind and courteous and use equipment properly. Adult supervision is strongly advised. No pushing, shoving or dangerous rough housing permitted. The area is open from dawn to dusk.

6. Our subdivision is next to a wildlife preserve that is home to many nesting cranes. The preserve has several trails accessed from the neighborhood and at the dead end of Shultz Rd. The trails have lake access during certain times of the year. During the open period please be respectful of the forest environment and stay on designated trail. Please do not crush or destroy vegetation. If using the beach, please pick up all garbage after use. Area is opened to enjoy from July to February and closed to protect the nesting cranes from March to June.

7. If you are signed up for weekly trash disposal, please ensure your trash cans are put away promptly. Empty garbage cans are unsightly, and are disruptive for snow removal in the winter months.

DoneRight Management Vacation Rentals:

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.

Our office is located at the corner of Park Street and 1st Street in McCall - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
