Welcome to my incredible, refurbished 2-bedroom garden flat in a lovely area of London.
On a quiet road, just minutes away from Warwick Avenue and Westbourne Park Underground station, this is the perfect place to stay for a family, a small group of friends or even a couple on a romantic getaway. Everybody welcome!
Note: the flat was recently managed by agents who seriously messed up. This was a bad experience for everyone, hence now it’s managed by my friend, who takes care of it personally!

The flat has been very recently fully refurbished. We have spent an outstanding amount of time and money to make it our home, and we think it looks absolutely brilliant!
It comprises a very large en-suite master bedroom and a second bedroom with a pull-out bed that is designed to become a double bed (accommodates 2 adults) when pulled out. It has a smaller full bathroom, so 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom in total.
The kitchen is also new and very stylish (plus fully equipped!). It's extremely comfortable, with an open plan layout that integrates kitchen, dining room and living room in c400 squared feet.
The lovely private garden at the back of the house is absolutely gorgeous in the sunshine. We hope you'll enjoy it as much as we did!

Edwardian era mansions and tree-lined streets comprise Maida Vale, a predominately residential neighbourhood in west London. Floating homes also characterise the area—houseboats and gondolas drift through this “Little Venice” thanks to the convergence of canals near its southern border. Peppered with local bars and cafes, this reserved neighbourhood is better for swirling cocktails than swigging beers after (or before) a commute to central London. The journey is easy enough—Maida Vale has its own tube station.
