The apartment is located inside the Residence Badus, in the pleasant and quiet town of Badesi, less than 3 kms from the wide sandy beaches of Li Junchi and Li Mindi.

The apartment includes: a living room with equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower. Inside the flat, you will find all the comforts to make you feel at home: TV, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, microwave, Wi-Fi connection, equipped veranda or balcony. Moreover, inside the flat you will find a beach umbrella and two sun chairs to take with you during your days at the beach.

At the arrival, you will have to pay:
-Deposit: € 150,00, refundable at the end of your stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside the reception office hours, the deposit can be returned by bank transfer (any expenses are charged to the client).
Pets are not allowed in our residence.
We remind you that the cleaning of the kitchenette and the recycling of waste is under guest's responsibility.
In case of no-cleaning of the kitchenette or wrong waste collection, we will ask you to pay a penalty.

Residence Badus is located just 200 metres from the centre of Badesi. The Residence is divided into two complexes and includes a bar and a restaurant. If you need any help you can go to the reception office. The reception opens every day from 9 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm.
Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out is scheduled before 10:00 am. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated to the reception a few days before the check in. In case of no-communication of the late arrival, the check in is not guaranteed.
For arrivals after 24.00, the guests will be welcomed the next day or they can ask for a late check in paying an extra charge of € 50.00.
