You can have access to our property from the front street and from the backside. Our residence is located at Voltaire street and the Guest House is located in the back of our property.

Our guest can explore cycling to the iconic Ocean Beach to enjoy boogie boarding, surfing, and sunbathing on the soft sand. Dine at the unique local restaurants in the area and head downtown just minutes away.
We also have a parking place available for you on the bottom of the stairs of the Guest House.
Please note that our home is located 10 minutes from the airport, so there is noise from inbound and outbound planes, but it stops at night.

We are Charles and Marie Cairns, a happy couple enjoying life together in Gorgeous Sunny San Diego! We are co-owners of a Design-Build Firm- Remodeling Residential Homes in San Diego! That keeps us busy every day during the week. Marie is an Interior Designer/Project Manager and Charles is a General Contractor.

We are enjoying hosting AirBnB visitors in our home here in San Diego California - Ocean Beach neighborhood.
Where we live is a welcoming and unpretentious beach neighborhood that is walkable to many beautiful places and full of pleasant people, great restaurants, and shops to visit.
Just 5 blocks from the beach, 5 minutes from Sea World, 10 minutes from the airport, and downtown a San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park.
We have Street Parking

Just outside your bedroom door we have a cozy seating area in the gorgeous deck with a great Hot Tub!
The bedroom has a gorgeous ambiance, Queen size bed, very comfortable adjustable mattress, recessed led lighting with dimmer switch, night stand on each side of the bed with ambient lighting, closet, and ceiling fan.

Your bedroom is within our home. It has a full access to the private deck, lounge area with confortável seating areas, large shade umbrella, fridge and hot tub area with ambience lighting.
