This super cozy apartment is located centrally in Malmö at Nobeltorget and is close to the nightlife, city center and shopping while being in a place where it is very calm and quiet. Close to public transport such as bus and train if you want to go further out to the concert halls (15min to destination) or Copenhagen (40min to destination) (15 min walking distance to Triangeln station). The apartment also has a shop (Mido Quality) which is open 24/7 which is 50m away and has everything you need.

Welcome to a rural and industrial apartment that belongs to me, a chef with passion for sevice. This place is located next to the Nobel Square in Malmö, with close distance to Möllevångstorget & Folkets Park. In 10 minutes you will get to central station with the expressbus no 5 that travles every 6 min. Perfekt boende för 2 vuxna! Centralt på Dalaplan. Gångavstånd till Möllan & även buss/tågförbindelser är bara ett par minuter bort. ej komplett kök! Ugn saknas. Finns: 1 st induktionshäll, kaffebryggare, pressobryggare. Kylskåp med likvärdigt stor frys finns. Wifi ingår. Säkerhet: Utrustat med larm, möjlighet till både hel-larm men även skalskydd. Hos mig är du alltid trygg ♥️ Host bor vägg i vägg. Har hundar (3små) samt barn på halvtid. Så har du husdjur är dessa också välkomna 😻

Mysig lägenhet centralt i Malmö.

Området: St Knuts torg i Malmö är ett populärt område som är mycket centralt. Närhet till affärer, Folkets park, Möllevången och Malmös centrum. Torget har flera restauranger, cafeér och det sociala umgänget är stort. Gångavstånd till det mesta med goda bussförbindelser i närheten. Boendet: Lägenheten är liten och passar för den lilla familjen. Lägenheten är fräsch med ett fint ljusinsläpp och ombonad. Fyra sovplatser, två av dom i vardagsrummet. Köket är fullt utrustat, spis och ugn.

Nice, comfortable two-room apartment near the city center within walking distance to Triangeln station and the trendy areas of Möllevången, Folkets Park and S:t Knuts torg where you will find cafés and restaurants. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living room with a separate dinning area, a bathroom/shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are excellent bus connections, supermarkets and foodplaces just around the corner of the apartment.
