Centralt beliggende midt i bygaden og alligevel naturskønt med kun 200 m til den autentiske havn i Lynæs. Stranden kan ses fra huset, og er kun en kort gåtur ned af vejen. Lynæs havn har et fantastisk badested for helårsbadning, udlejning af surfer udstyr og privat sauna samt skønne restauranter og is salg Huset er nænsomt renoveret og dekoreret med respekt for husets alder og historie.

Fin bolig med plads til sjov og ballade. Der er 4 værelser (det ene uden seng), 1 stort badeværelse og 1 toilet. Der er en fin lille have med trampolin, gasgrill og havebord, sofa og stole. Der er åbent køkken, alrum, stue. alt er i fin stand og godt indrettet. Gulvet knirker dog lidt og dørene binder, da det jo ikke er et nyt hus. Men er er fint og rart at være. I får huset alene, men når det ikke er lejet ud, bor jeg her selv med mine to børn. Der vil derfor været private ting i boligen.

Our house is both unique, charming and well functioning. Every room has its own character, including a newly renovated bathroom (e.g. Japanese toilet), bedroom and kitchen-dining area with access to a sunny, idyllic and spacious private backyard. Located in the famous "Kartoffelrækkerne", the house is close both to coffee shops and places to eat, SMK (National Gallery of Denmark), public transport (metro, buses) and to the city center (20 minutes of walk). Access to bikes (two) is included.

This beautiful and spacious family villa apartment on 90 square meters with garden, are located close to the metro station, 10 minutes from the airport, 4 minutes from the inner city and close to the beach . The villa is separated in three apartments - one on each floor of the villa. On the first floor there is living a family of three. On the second floor we are living - Me, my husband Soren and our son Vitus. There are many grocery shops near by, and a lovely park just down the street.
