Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

Recently renovated it sleeps up to 4 in two separate bedrooms with a large living-kitchen area (with wall mounted flat screen TV), a separate dining/work room, and a modern shower room (with walk-in shower, W.C., wash basin). Just five minutes walk to the historic town centre this is an ideal base for exploring the Wye Valley.

Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.
