You have off street parking & self access is via your own entrance courtyard. Forest access is amazing: 100's km of hilking and biking trails across the road. 5km from the centre of town and good restaurant/cafes/takeaways/local shops within 1km. There is some noise travel in the kitchen area as it is adjoined to our home.

Newly renovated studio tucked away in the back corner of our property provides a quiet private sanctuary to unwind. Central city is a 25min walk or 5 min uber or bus ride.
