We only offer accommodation part of the year. This is the perfect accommodation for two or three adults who want to live in a quiet area and close to the city center. You have your own separate house and entrance. The apartment has 25 square meters on the ground floor and 10 square meters in the loft. The stairs are steep.

This top floor apartment is easily accessible by elevator. The apartment suits best for couples, singles and business travellers. Quiet and safe neighborhood, a private parking space for your car in front of the building. You'll enjoy your stay in Rovaniemi in our clean, cozy and comfortable apartment.

A dublex near the arctic circle, nature, airport and Santas village. There is also a sauna in the apartment which you are free to use. Short hiking trails to santas village and the top of Syväsenvaara are near. Apartment also has a balcony that you can use to cool off after sauna. Nearby you can shop at a convenience store. Bus lines to center and back are not situated too far away. Apartment building consists of normal families living their lives. This is not a hotel / apartamento complex.

In winter time normal room temperature is 20 -22 °C. Ask the parking space from the host.
