The studio is situated in the garden of a 100 year old canal cottage. It is a bright and airy self contained space with your own entrance and patio doors onto the garden. The room has an ensuite wet room with an electric shower and toilet. Please note, due to space constraints, this wet room does not have a sink. Plenty of good walking / cycling and a short walk through the fields to a peaceful pond. The space can accommodate a blow up bed and there is a travel cot available on request.

It is handy for local transport with a bus stop at the bottom of the drive and a bus to Solihull every hour.
