This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

It is said to have been the home of Richard Quiney, a contemporary of Shakespeare.

Located next to our working boathouse in the middle of Stratford-upon-Avon, with a charming outlook over the lawn to the river. A five minute walk over the footbridge to the theatre and the centre of town. Secluded private sunny patio with outdoor table and chairs, plus the riverbank to yourself in the evening. Most of the attractions are within walking distance and this home is reputed to have once belonged to Richard Quiney, a contemporary of William Shakespeare and author of the only remaining letter written to him. The Royal Shakespeare Theatre and Stratford-upon-Avon train station are both only a 5 minute walk from the property.

The property is a light and spacious space that was renovated to incorporate a mixture of modern and Victorian. The space is comfortable and relaxing with a good sized family kitchen and bathroom. The location is just ideal for town as you walk across the street and into the heart of Stratford upon Avon. The town centre is best known for its Theatres and is buzzing with cafes and good restaurants. There is plenty to see and do throughout your stay.
