A separate shower, toilet, hand basin/vanity and laundry. Lovely decks, outdoor furniture, BBQ and large pizza oven/outdoor fireplace. Fenced x 3 sides.

The kitchen has been renovated and is equipped with electrical stove, new dishwasher, portable gas cooktop (can be used outdoor), microwave, fridge, kettle, air-fryer, and toaster; teabags and instant coffee are provided. A washing machine and a new heat pump cloth dryer are also provided for free.

“WOW, the view - the photos don’t do it justice” guests exclaim regularly. It will take your breath - lake, mountain, trees. A quick walk to Acacia Bay Beach to swim (or fish) in the pristine freshwater lake. The cottage is modern, comfortable, & fully self-contained inc a full oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, WM, drier. Only 7km to Taupo town centre - close enough to experience town but away from its hustle and bustle. Uber or taxi available if you do not have a vehicle.

"The End of the Road"

The bach is well equipped, but GUESTS MUST SUPPLY OWN LINEN (sheets, pillow slips & towels), and CLEAN it before leaving. It is a fisherman's bach at the end of a quiet street. Lake Taupo is a 10 minute walk and the Tauranga Taupo River nearby. We have plenty of duvets and blankets. NO WIFI. If you are unable to clean the house before you leave or supply your own linen it's better if you find a motel or hotel nearby. We keep the price lower by not having a cleaning fee.

Located just a 5-minute walk to the lake in the heart of Kinloch Village. An inviting fireplace offers cozy warmth on chilly evenings. A King-sized bed with crisp linens and plush pillows awaits. Two Sliding doors open to a private deck (can be enclosed) with a kitchen (hotplate, pot, frypan, coffee machine, tea, and milk in a small fridge), fireplace, private bathroom, and a stunning view from the outdoor bath and shower (hot water). Note: We have bees in close proximity :)

Ski fields, tramping and Tongariro Crossing are only 45 minutes away. Taupo is just over half an hour away to the North. Accommodation is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac.
