El Castillete is a cozy 45 m² loft located at the top of La Garnatilla, offering spectacular views of the sea and surrounding nature. It features a double bed and a single bed in the loft area, making it ideal for couples or small families. It also includes a spacious sofa for relaxing, Wi-Fi, air conditioning (hot/cold), and a fireplace.

It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

Las ventanas de Climalit han sido instaladas en Septiembre del 2017, igual que el termo de agua caliente y cocina vitrocerámica.

Buenavista is a spacious country house with a private swimming pool set in beautifully landscaped gardens. As its name would suggest, it has amazing views of the countryside and the Sierra de Lujar mountains. Buenavista is next to Jasmin Cottage (also available for rent), but is entirely separate from it. Buenavista sleeps 4 adults and 2 children and is a perfect base for exploring Granada, the coast and Las Alpujarras.

El sueño de un Cortijo Andaluz

El mayor atractivo de la casa es su situación, con unas vistas impresionantes al Parque Nacional de Sierra Nevada y al embalse de Canales. Está muy bien comunicada con el centro de Granada y la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada, solo a media hora conduciendo. Sobre las mascotas, se admiten pero pagando un suplemento de 30€ por una mascota a parte de la reserva, consultar con los anfitriones.

La casa está abierta al mar y al paisaje. En la primera planta predomina el diseño contemporáneo. Las habitaciones están ubicadas en el segundo piso, con un enfoque minimalista e isleño.
