Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und an einer ruhigen Lage nur wenige Minuten von der Skipiste entfernt. Platz ist für fünf Personen vorhanden. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, kleines Bad und kleine Küche. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung. In der Nähe befinden sich zwei Restaurants und der Bahnhof ist rund 600 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt.

Hallo liebe Gäste, ich vermiete meine moderne Dachgeschosswohnung an Nichtraucher für Ferienaufenthalte ab 2 Übernachtungen, da ich mich viel im Ausland aufhalte. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in der ruhigen Gemeinde Rueras, Nähe dem Oberalppass und der Rheinquelle. Der Bahnhof von Rueras ist nur 500 m, nächster Skilift (Dieni) ist nur 1,2 km entfernt. Bitte beachten: Bettbezüge, Laken, Handtücher WC Papier bitte selbst mitbringen. Die Endreinigung erfolgt durch die Mieter.

Die kleine aber feine Unterkunft hat alles, was es zum Leben braucht. Sie ist im Erdgeschoss und daher einfach zugänglich mit dem Koffer und Gepäck. Die Wohnung beinhaltet einen kombinierten Küchen- und Wohnraum und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Im Wohnraum befindet sich ein Schlafsofa und der Schrank, wo die Kleider verstaut werden können. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgerüstet, um selber kochen zu können. Das Badezimmer hat ein Lavabo, Dusche und WC.

The property is located in the agricultural zone away from any civilisation. The car park is about a 20-minute walk from the house. A driving licence to the property can be purchased. In snowy conditions, access is only possible on foot (with snowshoes).
