This beautiful, newly built Proctor / North End gem has one bedroom and a spacious loft. Quiet and private, yet only three short blocks to all that Proctor has to offer (dining, shopping, farmers market, bars, groceries and more!) and just a half mile from the UPS Campus. You'll be within a few miles of the hospitals, which makes this a great location for traveling medical staff. If you enjoy nightlife, we are a three-minute drive to the 6th Ave District, and seven minute drive to Point Ruston.

You will have the entire house and surrounds to enjoy to yourself with privacy and plenty of space to spread out. Access to our private boat ramp for kayak, SUP, or other small watercraft. Come enjoy being on the water!
