Situated 15 minutes walk from Southsea seafront and 5 minutes away from iconic Albert Road.

The train station is a 10 minute walk to the other side. This flat will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in Southsea.

Large, light, airy, top floor space which is well equipped and comfortable. The flat comfortably sleeps 4 in king size bed in the bedroom and comfy double sofa bed in the lounge. I have an extra person charge for 3 or more guests. I charge a fee of £10 when 2 guests staying also require sofa bed. WiFi available. The flat is situated in a popular and fashionable area close to Albert Rd. The flat is a 2 minute walk to The Kings Theatre and 15 minute walk to seafront.

Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it is fine to use internal house stairs.

It has a sofa, table and chairs, tv and plenty of storage in a large wardrobe. With an ensuite shower room and a kitchenette with all the essentials including a dishwasher. Parking available and pets are welcome!
