Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Under new ownership and recently updated, spacious 1BR located in the heart of downtown Portsmouth in one of the original historic buildings. Walk to all Portsmouth has to offer - restaurants, bars, Strawbery Banke and Prescott Park. Kitchen includes all customary amenities plus a Keurig coffee maker with assorted k-cups. Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.
