Die Wohnung befindet sich im alten, autofreien Dorfkern von Törbel, einem urchigen kleinen Bergdorf auf 1500müM. Die Aussicht ins Saaser- und Mattertal direkt aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster ist gigantisch. Die Wohnung wurde im Jahre 2017 komplet saniert (das Haus wurde 1753 gebaut).
