Our Adirondack dream home in Northern Lake George was lovingly rebuilt with lake life in mind. Designed with the intention of creating a space for family and friends to converge in a setting that immediately says "relax and enjoy". What was an unlivable property has become a home people return to over and over to enjoy the magic of Lake George and the pristine Adirondacks. Small home, big memories. Our family has made many memories at this unique and family-friendly lakefront cottage. From morning breakfast on the deck, afternoon swimming off the docks to roasting smores at the fire pit, and star gazing on the boat house. This is our escape that we wish to share with you. Humble, simple living with 180-degree lake views. The biggest decision you will have to make is "do we go to bed early to get up and enjoy the water or star gaze all night? Not an event property

ADK Beach House

Bring your family/ friends to the Adirondacks and enjoy our beautiful home minutes away from Lake George Village, and the race track in Saratoga. Relax on your private beach or kayak, paddleboard or float on our tranquil lake. The main level features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a bedroom and full bath on the lower level. Both floors boast their own kitchen and living spaces with fireplaces and televisions. Enjoy the lake views from both levels with amazing decks/patios gas grills and fire table.

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the Green Mountains of VT and the Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on the BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. Farm fresh products for purchase at our farm store, including our own pasture raised beef. We also have the West Cabin available for your family and friends.

Huletts School House

Experience history while staying in the original one room school house that was in use from 1920 - 1967. An addition was added to the school house in 1970 and the entire home was remodeled in 2021. Enjoy a view of Lake George from the living room and as you walk around the property. Relax on the deck as you listen to the creek that winds alongside the property. This property boarders 100’s of acres of untouched Adirondack wilderness. Listen for horned owls and keep an eye out for humming birds.

Welcome to your Lake George direct waterfront escape in coveted Dunham’s Bay! This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath retreat features a fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining areas, and a first-floor primary suite with a full bath. Outside, there is off-street parking with a level II EV charger, back deck, gas grill, outdoor dining, fire pit with ADK chairs, and the Hague Brook right in the backyard.

Somewhere In Time

We love the change from hotter summers in Maryland. Our kids and cousins were free to discover for themselves the forest and streams around us in absolute safety. Sometimes we have roaring bonfires under brilliant starry skies after night dips in the lake. The best clay tennis courts in the East are just 2 miles down the road in Silver Bay . The people here start conversations with total strangers and step forth from pages of Andy of Mayberry and the Great Gatsby...we love being with them.

Waterfront Vermont Lake House w/ Panoramic Sauna

Waterfront on Lake St. Catherine, with almost 100ft of private lake frontage and a view that's hard to beat. Watch the sunrise from the deck or from inside our new panoramic barrel sauna. Explore the lake by kayak or canoe — both included for guests. Keep an eye out for both bald eagles and loons. There's also a fire pit for evening s'mores — firewood included as well. Great for families — we've got a crib, a bunk room for the kids, and a bookshelf of board games for those rainy days.
