The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. The Stables a brand new spacious 2 bedroom barn conversion finished to a high standard. Situated at Todd's House Farm on the outskirts of the historic small town of Sedgefield. Situated on a quite lane, the Stables is within walking distance of Sedgefield which has plenty to offer with its pubs, cafes, gift shops and the picturesque Hardwick Park. It is very accessible from both the A1 and A19 with easy access to Durham, the Yorkshire Moors and Dales, Northumberland and the surrounding areas.

The apartment overlooks High Row and the Victorian Covered Market with a wide variety of amenities immediately to hand. The Hippodrome Theatre is a 5 minute walk and the railway station is a 10 minute walk. Darlington is a vibrant market town and a perfect base for exploring surrounding countryside.
