A wonderful place for couples, friends, and solo travelers to relax and adventure in the woods of the rocky mountains in a comfortable modern cabin with window walls and great views over the mountains. Each deckhouse side has two floor to ceiling windows on both sides which open a view over a valley of forest and mountains. Each side (north and south) is private (no shared walls or entrance) but patio is shared. Secluded by national forest on 3 sides but <15 mins to downtown Salida, CO.

Get away from it all at our cottage - Retreat at Round Hill. You will have access to miles of hiking, biking & ATV trails. We own 36 acres, including Round Hill, with amazing mountain views all around. We are backed up to National Forest and BLM land. We're located two miles south of Poncha Pass Summit. Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway. We offer discounts for weekly/longer stays.

This 1000sq ft cabin in the country with a very rural setting. It is quiet and relaxing, has a wood stove and is close to outdoor activities. Penitent Canyon, La Garita, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, 4wheeling, ATV trails, snowmobiling, skiing (Wolf Creek is 50 min drive). It has a canal running by in the summer. Self-serve breakfast with home-made yogurt, home-made granola, home-made bread for toast, local grown organic eggs, (hot coffee, chocolate, tea) on request.

Sangre de Cristo Mountain home

Beautiful mountain home on 40 secluded acres in the rolling hills, located between the Royal Gorge and Salida. Whitewater rafting and Gold Medal fishing are two miles away. There are about three miles of trails on the property and the Arkansas River is minutes away. Because of enhanced cleaning procedures, we are changing to minimum 4 day bookings.
