This modern 2-bedroom, 2-storey apartment is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac just a 4-minute walk from the iconic Truro Cathedral, 7-min walk from Hall for Cornwall and a 12-minute walk from Truro Train Station. This apartment is ideal for city breaks or working professionals. A private entrance on the ground floor leads directly into the apartment. The lounge and kitchen are on the ground floor, which also has a toilet and sink. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower.

One The old smelting works, near Hall for Cornwall

The Old Smelting works is a building of historical importance. Around 1892 and next to Brunels viaduct, it was a Tin Smelting Works. In recent years it has been converted into four modern apartments but holding on to as much of it’s industrial history as possible. The Smelting Works is in the centre of Truro, though quietly tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the Town Centre which is just five minutes walk away. Train station a 5-10 minute walk away and close to all transport links.

Acorn Barn a unique former cow house

Get away from it all with a cosy stay in a unique little barn conversion on a small holding with poultry, sheep and pigs. Acorn Barn sits at the end of its own driveway across a field set above a small CAMC 5cl. At night you may hear owls in the valley and the usual country noises by day from nearby working farms although the barn itself is double glazed and previous guests haven’t found any noises intrusive. You can see the railway line and look down on the duck pond and watch the poultry.
