The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Little Puffin is a comfortable self-contained en-suite double bedroom. It has off-road parking, wifi and a power shower. It is located centrally in Bembridge, with ready access to a whole variety of coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and village stores. Numerous beaches are on the doorstep, with options of sea-swimming, water sports and fantastic walks. Bembridge, with its harbour, iconic life-boat station and windmill, provides a beautiful base from which to explore all the island has to offer.

Please note that guests need to be able to manage stairs as there is one room on each of the 7 levels of the property each connected by a flight of stairs.

This charming, self contained annexe (attached to main house) is cosy and finished to a high standard. It consists of a bedroom and small wet room, with its own private entrance. Enjoy the small private terrace with views over the garden. The beach, village shops, cafes and restaurants are within a few mins walk. Host lives in the main house with a small friendly dog.tac

Grove Mews is a newly converted, (award winning) architect designed contemporary cottage with a beach house feel. The interior is light, has high quality fittings, lighting and unique artwork. Right in Bembridge village, and five minutes walk to the beach. A small footprint, it still has everything needed for a comfortable getaway, whether a restful retreat, or an active exploration of the island. Double height in the living room and glass fittings make the airy space a pleasure to be in.

Nautilus Lodge

Nautilus is a privately owned luxury home located in a cul-de-sac within St Helens coastal resort. The resort is extremely quiet and peaceful, very much family friendly with its own open-air swimming pool. The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a spacious kitchen/ diner and lounge catering for four people. Parking outside the lodge for one car with overflow visitors parking at the main entrance to the resort. Duver and Bembridge beaches are conveniently close.

Clara Cottage: Perfect - comfortable and stylish

Clara Cottage is the perfect holiday home for up to 6 guests. St Helen's Beach is a few minute's walk away, the Duver nearby is a beautiful nature reserve with bird life and sand dunes. The village green opposite has a huge grassy area plus a children's play park. The village shop and post office sells everything that you could need . There is a pub on the green and a restaurant. Any time of year, you will find that this is an idyllic location. You are welcome to bring a dog with you.

Unique English Heritage Escape in *Bembridge* IOW

'The Annexe' forms part of the main residence built on the old parade ground of Steyne Wood Battery. The Battery was built on the eastern coastline of the Isle of Wight and became a scheduled monument in 2015, being one of the best surviving Victorian Batteries and, as such, all the bomb proof shelters, ammunition stores, gun positions and defensive structures in the surrounding grounds remain intact. The grounds around the property provide a peaceful escape in beautiful surrounds.

Pebble Cottage is in the heart of Bembridge, with a short walk to the local shops, where you will find a Farm Shop, Bakery, Butchers, Fish Mongers and a local food store. For eating out there is The Olde Village Inn pub, a fish and chip shop, and a great take away at Framptons. Forelands beach is a good 15 minute walk away, an excellent beach for walking the dogs (or oneself), and a great place for children to enjoy all things to do with being by the seaside.
