Enjoy the sounds of nature, views of beautiful Fernan Lake, wildlife (eagles, osprey, deer, elk, our wild yard bunnies etc.) and the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere but only 1.5 miles from I-90. Access to 300 ft. of shoreline (fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking), 5 min drive to downtown CDA, the CDA golf course, the Centennial Trail and 10 min to great running/hiking trails. Only a 40 min drive from Spokane Airport. Brand new fully outfitted Airstream with water and power hooked up.

Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

This 600 sq. ft. waterfront one bedroom guest suite is fully furnished, living room, kitchenette, covered deck. Sport court on a mountain in Montana! (Indoor full-sized court), 6-sided 2-story owner-built log home, great for large groups, family reunions, business retreats, centrally located for WA/MT gatherings just 1 mile off I-90 at DeBorgia, MT. Hot tub, private hiking trails, berry picking, fishing, fire pit, Hiawatha Bike Trail, bird watching, wild turkeys New Billiards Room. In winter we are adjacent to miles of snowmobile and cross country ski trails or skiing at Lookout Pass Ski Area.

B&L Cabin, Cabinet Mountain Base Camp and Retreat

This cozy 576 sq ft cabin is perfect for your next Montana getaway! A bathroom with shower, soap, kitchen, and porch with mountain views through the trees, you'll have no problem just enjoying some alone time! Enjoy hammocks among the trees or sit on the porch and enjoy trees. The water heater is small, 5 gallons so showers need to be short. Sorry, that is the only size we could get in there. There is no oven, but there is a 2 burner, nice hot plate and an air fryer.

Rustic Private Cottage Close to Skiing

This cute little 2 bedroom, one bathroom mountain cottage is the perfect retreat for a family or couples. Equipped with a fully functional kitchen, Instant Pot & coffee maker. Crisp and clean linens and towels. The cozy living room has a flat screen TV with DVD player and a few classic movies. The 700 square foot cottage is warm and cozy. The backyard is backed up to trees and mountains with a fire pit and a small hot tub. Plenty of parking and grassy front yard.

A three bed, two bath home in CDA's Fairway Meadows, sleeps 6 comfortably and up to 8 with extra beds and couches. The upstairs primary suite has a king and a private bath. One queen room downstairs, third room with two twin XL beds, and a downstairs game room loaded with board games, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 2, karaoke, and a movie library. 5 minutes to the Centennial Trail, 15 to downtown CDA, 35 to Spokane International airport.

Restored 1909 Train Carriage on 145 Acres

Stay in a restored 1909 train car, with a sauna and hot tub. Set amid forest and wheat fields with beautiful views. Spectacular night skies and lots of solitude round out the experience. This car ran on the Washington Idaho & Montana Railway from 1909 until around 1955. It was, (and is), car number 306, bought new from the American Car and Foundry Co.

The lookout is open year round with a wood fired stove to keep warm at night or heat your morning coffee. A wood fired sauna sits below to relax and rejuvenate your body after a big hike or snowshoeing adventure. What's that other little wooden building? No fire lookout is complete without an outhouse!
