This apartment is in the new building (2015) hidden away from the street noise and giving you a fabulous view of Brussels city from its 17 sq m terrace! You can reach Royal park and Royal Palace by foot within 7 min.

Get comfortable and enjoy this spacious studio. The space is perfect for a couple, which a comfy king bed and en- suite bathroom. Close to Arts Loi metro and Madou station. Near Ambiorix Square, the Royal Park and to European Commission. The studio is at the bottom floor of our renovated 1800s house. The bottom floor used to be an ‘Librairie’ but now converted to a studio. Note that we provide a coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge, but there is no actual kitchen for cooking in the studio.

It consists of 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, on the 4th floor, my name is written on the door Gadelmawla/Barakat. It has a built-in Duchette ( Shattaf ) at the toilet, IPTV receiver. Important, important, the elevator is 2 persons or 200KG only. The apartment kyes will be collected and dropped off at a grocery shop 5 mnts far from the flat.

The apartment is spacious and bright.

It is located in the heart of the European district and within 15 minutes walking distance from the Grand Place. You will enjoy this apartment, which is located on the second floor of a mansion, close to the "Arts-Loi" metro station, for its brightness, high ceilings and spacious rooms, overlooking trees. There are plenty of shops around. My home is perfect for couples and families (with 1 child). We live in the apartment below, and we will be happy to welcome you to a part of our house.

Parking is scarce and very expensive.
