Enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. This is a self-contained, private annexe to our family home with its own separate entrance and parking space. You have plenty of room for two people with double bedroom, en-suite shower room, and kitchen/lounge with patio. Located close to the main Deal to Dover road, it is still quiet and green, but just 12 minutes' drive to Dover port, the A2 and A20. A short walk takes you to the beach, the cliffs, Walmer Castle, local shops or the train station.

The Mallard - Self Contained Annex near Folkestone

The Mallard is situated in a peaceful cul- de -sac location near Folkestone. With your own separate entrance and independant space you can be sure to feel at home. Situated just 5.9 miles to the Channel Tunnel, 12 miles to Dover Port, 20 minutes drive to Canterbury and ideal if you are attending a wedding at The Old Kent Barn and Hoad Farm. Local amenities within walking distance include; three pubs, local supermarkets, hairdressers and cafe. Hythe seafront is also only a short drive away.

Bell Cottage a Beautiful Little Cottage

Bell Cottage is situated in the rural village of Ringwould in Kent which is one of the oldest villages in the country. Offering stunning walks and views over the countryside towards the coast. Located between our beautiful hometown of Deal, which was voted one of the UK's best seaside towns and Dover, home to the famous White Cliffs and Dover Castle. Both being a short drive away. Our cottage is set back approx 12 metres of the busy main A258. We are approx 2 miles from main Deal town.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Lovely cosy cottage ideal for a couples getaway from it all. The Cottage is a 6 min drive from the beach or a lovely 20 min walk taking in the woods along the way. St Margaret’s at Cliffe is a 10 min drive and has a lovely secluded beach with a cabin selling teas coffee bacon rolls and ice cream 🍨 and a lovely pub The Coastguard . Deal town is about 10 mins drive away and has a wealth of shops and restaurants. Great market on Saturdays

It is situated in the heart of White Cliffs Country which is set in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with walks along the iconic White Cliffs of Dover. On the doorstep there are stunning coastal path walks along the White Cliffs of Dover - St. Margarets Bay beach - South Foreland Lighthouse and a national cycle route. This beautiful and peaceful setting is an ideal base to explore White Cliffs Country.

Jubilee Cottage - A Georgian gem by the sea.

Built in the 1760s, Jubilee Cottage is a Grade II, four-storey cottage set in Deal's historic conservation area. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Jubilee Cottage is furnished to create a stylish, comfortable, and relaxed space for up to four people - and with a view of the sea from the main bedroom. A great base for exploring Deal and the Kent coast, or just to relax.

Situated at the end of a private country track, opposite the village cricket pitch and only two minutes walk away from a lovely country pub. The Wickets has a large secluded garden and log fired Scandi hot tub. The perfect location for local beaches and countryside walks. The cottage is based on our property but has its own private garden and entrance. Dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £25. The property has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 small children or one extra adult.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful village oasis near the white cliffs of Dover. A 5 minute walk to the picturesque St Margarets Bay beach and local shops, restaurants and cafes. A self contained double bedroom with en-suite shower room. A fridge, microwave, kettle and crockery allows basic self catering. There is WiFi and a smart TV. There is a small seating area inside and another available outside on a patio area. A simple breakfast of cereals and croissants.

This 2nd floor apartment sits on the beachfront, within the towns popular conservation area, and with unbeatable sea views from every window. Enjoy the sea air with a stroll along the Pier, or the award winning High Street with its wonderful array of shops, both just a minute away. Recently refurbished with guests comfort leading design, so if a lazy day is preferred, just sit back and watch the boats sail past.

Peaceful location with great walks along the coast. Self contained studio with private entrance, drive and garden. Close to Canterbury, Deal and Dover to visit and explore their historic attractions. Easy access to ferry crossing and Le Shuttle for France and high speed rail to London in approximately 1 hour. Walking distance to picturesque village of St. Margaret’s at Cliffe in an AONB. It has two local pubs serving food with a convenience store and post office.

Beautiful bolthole near the White Cliffs of Dover

Located 5 minutes walk away from the White Cliffs of Dover, the granary is a converted timber frame building set in the garden of a 16th century Kentish farmhouse and 1 km away from the beautiful seaside village of St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.

'Stones Throw' Our treasured cottage by the sea

Welcome to our much loved cottage, literally 'a stone's throw' from the sea. We have made so many magical memories here and we want to share our experience by opening up our home to guests. Perfectly set up for a family holiday our cottage is on a small lane with a pub at either end. Cosy and comfortable we have put much love into creating this home.
